9. Product delivery – Shipping costs
   All shipments within Greece are carried out via courier company (courier) Taxydema.

10. Cancellation of Order

If the customer cancels the order when the products are at the carrier, then the customer is required to pay the shipping costs to the company.

12. Workshops

    Regarding the ceramic workshops, the following should be noted, in relation to the ceramic products that you will create during the workshop:

    • A specific procedure is followed for a ceramic piece to be ready: you initially create it during the workshop, then you leave it with us to dry, then we bake it, glaze it and bake it again. You will, thus, be able to get your piece after at least 1 month after the workshop took place (shipping costs are not included in the workshop price).
    • Once your piece is ready, we will contact you through email, so that you pick it up from our store, within a 2month period. After this period, we put the pieces up to our ‘give away section’, since our space is limited, and we cannot keep pieces for longer.
    • Pottery making has an inherit risk of something not going well (a breakage, something wrong with the glazing, etc.). Although we do our best to prevent anything from happening, there is still a potential risk that the final product, created in the workshop, may have defects, for which we have no liability.
    • In case that for any reason, you may not be able to attend your workshop, we could transfer it to a future date, upon availability and communication, provided that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the workshop you have originally booked.
