MELANCHOLIA
While preparing my thesis at the School of Architecture,
I studied the work of my favourites – Valery, Camus, Pessoa, and such.
I was rather melancholic at the time,
reading about the meaning of life and the many consequent existential issues.
Eventually, I decided I prefer practice over theory.
I therefore decided to pursue architectural study and supervision
over an academic career, thankfully!
